Regional Head of Market Development - Europe

Do you have significant marketing / fundraising experience and have you delivered high-income growth in at least one European market?
If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity to join our Global Fundraising Hub as a Regional Head of Market Development – Europe, to work collaboratively with our largest and most mature European markets to drive revenue growth and help deliver our ambitious plans to reach more of the world’s most vulnerable children.
You will bring the ability to build solid partnerships and support senior fundraisers, including at Director level, with strategy planning and the creation of new investment opportunities. In this role you will also collaborate with our specialist team in the global fundraising hub to ensure that the European members receive the technical support required and we build best practice and peer-to-peer support opportunities.
You will also support initiatives to improve the integration between fundraising, brand, digital and communications to amplify our voice for children and facilitate the adoption of new recommended ways of working to create multi-functional teams.
In terms of location, we offer the flexibility for you to be based in the UK or in a European office where we fundraise. We also offer flexible working practices.
